Please email me before purchasing this product. I do not offer refunds for accidental payments. 

In order to purchase this product you should have:

1.  Had a discovery call with me.

2. Sent me your completed client questionnaire, roadmap, and KT forms.

3.  Signed both the design agreement and contract that I have given you.

If you have not done all three steps, do not purchase this product. Please reach out to me first.

Calls can be scheduled on weekdays/business days only.

Time Zone, I am currently working in: SAST/UTC/GMT +2 hours 

Consultation hours: 10 am to 4 pm

Calls must be scheduled at an agreed-upon time. This means that both you and I must sign off on the call time.

When you email me, I will send you a roadmap call form.

The roadmap call form must be completed and signed by you and sent back to me.

You must receive the signed (meaning I will sign it) roadmap call form back from me before purchasing a call.

If you cancel the call, you will not be refunded. 

If I cannot take the call for any reason, or if I have to cancel the call, I will refund you. Alternatively, you can reschedule the call with me.

If I have to cancel the call, I will inform you 24 hours (minimum) in advance.
