Please email me before purchasing this product. I do not offer refunds for accidental payments. 

In order to purchase this product you should have:

  1. Had a discovery call with me.

  2. Sent me your completed client questionnaire, roadmap, and KT forms.

  3. Signed both the design agreement and contract that I have given you.

If you have not done all three steps, do not purchase this product. Please reach out to me first.

This price is for any project delays that were caused by you. This clause is in our contract. Please read the contract/service agreement if you are unsure of what I'm referring to.

This fee should be paid before any other work on your project commences.

Please note that 1 quantity means 1 week of delays that you caused. So, if you select 1 when adding this service to your cart, you are paying for 1 week of delays. You need to pay for each week the project has been delayed. To avoid paying this fee in the future, please cancel the project or request to hold the project until you have time to work on this project again. If you are still unsure of what to do, reach out to me before purchasing.

No refunds are available for this product/service.
