This price is for additional project hours for any type of project (excludes consultations).

What I provide
I transform your designs into engaging eLearning.
I will be converting existing learning material into an engaging eLearning course using Articulate Storyline 360 or Articulate Rise 360 depending on the project's content.
Please specify which platform you prefer.
I make learning interactive and engaging. Depending on your needs, I could implement quizzes, click-to-reveal, drag-and-drop interactions, and more.
I mainly use Articulate Rise for this service. If you prefer Articulate Storyline please let me know.
For Articulate Storyline 360, I create training in the form of slides. These slides can be divided into different modules depending on your needs.
For Articulate Rise 360, I create training in the form of sections. These sections are part of one module.
You are expected to:
Provide the title, paragraphs, and media for each slide.
You should put the text information in a Word document or storyboard format. The media should be uploaded separately, but labelled according to what it is.
Create a new page in your Word document or a new storyboard for each required slide.
Label your media according to what it is. For example, if it is a pie chart, label it 'a pie chart'.
Your sentences and paragraphs should reference any media required.
Please answer these questions and complete the tasks below when reaching out:
What is your project goal?
Please confirm that you have labelled all media appropriately and have created a Word document or detailed storyboard with the title, paragraphs/copy, and notes for each slide.
What types of interactions would you like to include? For example, drag and drop, quizzes, fill in the blank, click to reveal etc.
Do you have any branding colours or a style guide? if so, please attach these to your email.
Do you have any reference links or images for the look and feel of the project you are going for?
Please explain your project requirements (project brief) along with any reference project links or images that inspire your vision for this project.

What do your learners struggle with?
Please let me know if you would like to implement any other tool into your eLearning. I will then advise you if it is possible to include it in this project.
What is excluded?
All platform fees.
What the client will provide
Video, music, sound effects, illustrations/vectors, images, and voiceovers that the client would like to include.

All of the information requested above must be completed.
Edits
There are 3 Review/feedback/edit rounds for each of the mood board, storyboard, prototype and course development stages. The first round is for major changes. The second is to ensure that the changes were made correctly. The third round is for checking for errors and signing off on the design.
My client expectations
You should ensure that any resources you agree to find are sourced and delivered by a specific date as stated in the project timeline that was signed off by you in our project plan/timeline documents.
If the project is pushed back due to too many client delays, then the final date will be reset and updated according to my future availability (I will try my best to restart the project as soon as possible).
There will also be a delay fee applied to the project if resources are not handed in on time. For every week the resources are delayed, you will be charged a fee of $50. This is only done to keep the project on track and to avoid unnecessary delays.
Please note that all work on my side will be stopped until the delay fee is paid, and the required resources have been sent to me.
You are allowed to cancel the project at any time, but any payments you have sent me will not be refunded. Those payments will be regarded as a settlement for the work I have done up until the cancellation date.
If you have not yet paid me for the upcoming months, you are not obliged to as long as you cancel or pause the project until you are able to continue.
Also note that until the project is paid in full, I will hold the full (exclusive) rights to the project. This also applies to cases where the project is placed on hold or delayed.
If I choose to cancel the project for any reason (I have not done this yet and do not plan to - it’s just a clause for emergency situations), I will still provide you with all that month’s work, the month in which you received my cancellation letter.
Finally, the project will be held for a maximum of 6 months from the date you ask to pause the project. After that, I may choose to delete your project files if I please. If you request to work with me on the same project again, it will be taken on as a new project, so we might have to start from scratch depending on if I still have your files or not.
